Narelle Naselli

Narelle holds the Finance Manager role at NSL Property Group, with a particular focus on Real Estate Sales Accounting and Trust Accounting. She oversees the end-to-end finance function, including financial planning and budgeting, analysis, KPI and management reporting, HR and payroll, and ATO compliance. She also maintains a strong focus on continually improving processes, procedures and internal controls, while supporting the broader business with ad-hoc projects and operational requirements.

A Xero Certified Consultant and Registered BAS Agent, Narelle holds a Bachelor of Business in Accounting and brings more than 30 years of experience in the accounting industry. Through a collaborative and practical approach, she provides the business with timely, meaningful financial information to support sound decision-making, improve efficiencies and drive strong business performance.

Outside of her finance role, Narelle is also a Reiki Practitioner and Tibetan Singing Bowl Sound Therapist, facilitating sound meditation classes and one-on-one Reiki and sound therapy sessions. Her interest in meditation, mindfulness and wellbeing naturally carries into her professional life, bringing a calm, grounded and positive approach to the workplace.

These skills complement her role, helping her encourage a workplace culture where staff feel supported, valued and motivated. Narelle believes that creating space for wellbeing, open communication and positive connection can help people manage stress, build resilience and ultimately perform at their best — both personally and professionally.
